daddy was quite anxious about the food i'll be preparing for our country presentation coming thursday, 21 feb. so this is a trial run...nothing could really go wrong with everything packed in so efficiently. just the garnishing is missing! the soya sauce is the key to the chicken rice! very important. anyone whom wants to try this authetic hainanese chicken rice..drop me a post...i'll be glad to send this to you! simply delicious!
