Delicious Crabs!

a sweet surprise!
we had crabs with compliments from xueying and tai shin ~ thanks!
they even gave me a short and quick lesson on handling the crabs prior to cooking.
we make a pact to go mussel/clam digging when weather permits! sounds very adventurous!!
immediately wash and steam on crab whom doesnt seems to be moving
DELICIOUS! yummy and super sweet!
cooked the remaining and steamed all of them for dinner thereafter!
